Do I have to book my tickets in advance?
We highly recommend booking online in advance. You can also buy tickets at the entrance, though only by card, no cash, and only if there is availability.

After making a booking, how do I receive my tickets?
After placing an order, you will first receive an order confirmation with the details of your booking, and after a few minutes, you will receive a second email with your tickets attached.

I made a booking but have not yet received my Order Confirmation and/or ticket?
If you have not received your order confirmation within an hour from booking please check your spam folder. If you still do not see the confirmation, send us an email to hello@vangoghinamsterdam.com including your chosen time and date.

Can I change my booking?
Yes, that is possible. Depending on availability, you can change your reservation up to 8 hours in advance. Please note that once tickets have been rescheduled they become non-refundable.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, this is possible. You can cancel your timeslotted tickets for free up to 8 hours in advance, open tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. If you purchased your tickets through a reseller (such as Actie van de dag, Groupon, etc.) we kindly ask you to contact them directly.

Do I need to print my e-ticket?
No, it is not necessary to print your e-ticket. It is possible to show your ticket from your smartphone or any other electronic device.

Discount codes & promotions

I have a discount code, how can I use it to book my tickets?
After you have selected the date, time and amount of tickets, the discount code can be entered in your cart. After this, the payable amount will automatically be adjusted.

My discount code is not working, what should I do?
Please contact the company where you received the codes from. You can also contact us at hello@vangoghinamsterdam.com if you do please attach a copy of your vouchers and mention the date and time you would like to visit us.

Can I visit Van Gogh & Rembrandt in Amsterdam with the Museum Card?
Yes, Museum Card holders get a discount on their tickets. Choose the Museum Card option while booking and show your Museum Card upon entry.

Can I visit Van Gogh & Rembrandt in Amsterdam with my CJP Pas?
Yes, CJP Pas holders also get a discount on their tickets. Choose the CJP Pas option when booking and show your CJP Pas upon entry.

Is there a discount available for students?
Yes, you also get a discount with a Student ID from a Dutch educational institution. Choose the Student option while booking and show your Student ID upon entry.

Can I make a group booking?
Yes, we offer group reservations. For more information please contact groups@tourismgroup.com.

Is this the Van Gogh Museum?
No, this is not the Van Gogh Museum. The Van Gogh Museum is on Museumplein, we are in the Jordaan.

How long is the show?
The Van Gogh & Rembrandt show is approximately 40 minutes long.

Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed inside, however, guide dogs are of course allowed in.

Is the Noorderkerk wheelchair accessible?
Yes, you can simply enter with a wheelchair through the main entrance. There is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet.

I have lost something in the church, who can I contact?

I have a complaint what should I do?

I am not satisfied with the solution of my complaint. What should I do?
