Toegang is op basis van tijdslot. Elk uur is er een nieuwe show, en er zijn Nederlandse en Engelse shows. Met een open ticket kan je naar elke show die niet uitverkocht is naar binnen, check dit bij de ingang. Echter, met het reserveren van een tijdslot heb je gegarandeerd toegang tot de show die je wil bezoeken, dus boek je tickets nu!

Ticket Information

  • Regular tickets are time slot based, there are shows every hour. There are three time slots for Dutch shows and six for English shows. When booking, select the time slot you want to attend the show.
  • Open tickets are valid for all time slots, but are subject to availability. If a show is sold out, you cannot join with an open ticket.
  • Tickets will be sent directly by email. You do not need to print your tickets; simply show them on your smartphone.
  • If your ticket does not arrive within an hour, please check your spam folder. If the confirmation is still not there, please email hello@vangoghinamsterdam.com with the chosen date and time slot.
  • Tickets with a time slot can be cancelled or rescheduled up to eight hours in advance. Rescheduled tickets cannot be cancelled.
  • Open tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

Discounts and groups

  • Discount codes can be entered after selecting the time slot and number of tickets. The discounted price will show up in your cart right after entering.
  • If a discount code does not work, please email hello@vangoghinamsterdam.com with a copy of your vouchers and the time and date you wish to visit.
  • Children up to 17 years old, and people with a valid Museum Card, CJP card or valid Dutch student ID are eligible for a discount. Select the applicable ticket at checkout, and show your card at the entrance.

Other information

  • The immersive show Van Gogh and Rembrandt in Amsterdam lasts approximately 40 minutes.
  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted.
  • Van Gogh and Rembrandt in Amsterdam is a sound and light show in the Noorderkerk. This is not the Van Gogh Museum.
